“Love, as always” TTM company 2017 customer care activities officially launched!
TTM company in the summer of 2017 officially launched “customer care trip” activities on June 27,2017. The activity is the theme of “love, as always”, this is TTM company continuation of agreement for the customer. Although the heat of summer, it could not stop the TTM company service team forward steps. The service team left Quanzhou Headquarter at eight in the morning, they will go to Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong etc. province, which to send the care service for regional customers.
“Customer care” activities is of great significance to TTM company. Every year, the team members are transferred from technology research and after-sales service department whose have rich practical experience and professional skills to visit the regional customers. Through this activity, on one hand listened to the customer’s voice and valuable advice, on the other hand, to help the customers solved problems. And also provided the training about equipment usage profile and maintenance to improve the service level.
