Morning Meeting is the Part of TTM Staff Daily Work
Every department of TTM spends about ten minutes having a simply morning meeting before going to work. After years of persistence, the morning meeting culture has become a part of the cultural construction and deeply rooted in the hearts of each TTM workers.
As a machinery manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service, TTM staff deal with various internal and external affairs every day. Through the early meeting this platform, all departments will conduct information sorting and deployment, which make the staff can be more clear work plans and objectives to improve work efficiency.
Morning meetings are sometimes a service platform. TTM after-sales service department is the most of the responsibilities of customer service. So at the begin of the day, there is always some experience in service that needs to be summarized and reminded. Through the early meeting, tracking and evaluation the previous service, share the case, give praise who performed very well, discuss the problems and offer proposals in service, TTM should be responsible for each users who purchase the equipment.
Morning meeting is also a bridge of communication. The department managers are not just arrange the work at morning meeting, as well told the personal experience, which is not only help the staff to improve their working level quickly, but also make the relationship more harmonious.
